Tour Itinerary :

Day 01 : Arrive at Gangtok

On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport, transfer to Gangtok. Arrive and check into the hotel. Explore the property and the city of Gangtok. Day is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02 : Gangtok Sightseeing - Tshangu Lake

After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake - situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. (Incase of landslide or other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided). Back to Gangtok and overnight at the hotel.

Day 03 : Gangtok to Darjeeling (5 hrs, 115 km)

After breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling. Afternoon go for a half-day sightseeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday) & Tea Estate. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04 : Depart from Darjeeling

Early morning, visit Tiger Hills at around 4 am to view the sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport for onward connection.
